Three Lac
Can i take multiple loans?

My worry is,can i take multiple loans in different bank or same bank for diferent purpose
1) Plot loan -10lac
2)car Loan --3.5lac
3)Education loan --3 lac
all the above three at same time or may be first 2 at the same tiem and 3rd one after 5 months later.

or if not possible can you tell me which is the better avaialability option to go meet these priorities. assume take home 26K.

It is your choice, you can take all the loans from one bank or you can take it from different banks. There is nothing illegal in it. But i doubt whether the Bank will be able to provide all the loans to you with a take home pay of 26K. Because the plot loan needs 10,000 pm and the car loan needs around Rs.7500, the balance available will be Rs.8500/- So a single bank wont give all the loans to you because of inadequate repayment means. So if you want all the loans at any cost, you will have to move your loan proposals to three different banks simultaneously. If there is a time gap between your loans, the repayment will get into your bank statements and a negative effect will reflect in the computation of take home pay, and the chance of getting the next loan is limited.

Then if you sees the reality, with such a huge repayment of loan, your residual income got limited and it is hard to pull yourself. So my advice is invest in the asset which gives you good capital appreciation. You may take the plot loan and education loan from two different banks. The repayment of Education loan starts after a couple of years, when the education is completed. The Car loan you may take only when your financial position get strengthened. Best of luck.

Grand Hotel Barriere And Du Lac

Of all the Paris luxury hotels, the Grand Hotel Barriere d’Enghien les-Bain is surely the most exotic. Stunningly picturesque and rising over a tranquil lake, it is a combined tribute to beauty, both scenic and architectural, and hospitality.

The luxury hotel’s serene surroundings belie its location in the hub of a town just outside the city. For visitors with a definite penchant for the Orient, the Grand Hotel Barriere d’Enghien les-Bain is like manna dropped from heaven. Exotic flavors, scent of spices, fragile fabrics, and understated hues characterize the ambience of this hotel. Also, this is one of the few hotels with an in-house casino.

Stocked with modern amenities the hotel, nevertheless, is redolent of an old-world aura and charm. Located atop a hillock, to the beholder standing some distance away, it is a symphony in green and blue- a piece of paradise. Step inside and your heart will be cheered by the warm and welcoming interiors bearing the genre-blending stamp of Jacques Garcia whose creations represent a judicious mix of history and the contemporary. Everywhere you turn, you cannot but be charmed by the cozy elegance and spirit of conviviality oozing from every corner, every nook.

The best rooms are, obviously, the ones with a lakeside view. All the guest rooms are non-smoking and pets are allowed in. A typical Classic Room comes with a double bed, high speed internet connection, satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-bar, and other amenities.

If you think being away from the main city area is a disadvantage, we’ve got news for you. Sauntering around this luxury hotel you will come across a beauty salon, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, news stand et al. If you wish to leave your children while going shopping into Paris there are eminent child care facilities available. Plus, there is a doctor on call, apart from porters, and bellmen. Other attractions at this luxury hotel are its beautiful spa, thermal baths, and an Italian-styled theatre.

You may dine at the rather cryptically and unimaginatively christened Eat Me where the cuisine, nonetheless, is lip-smackingly creative and unique. For the health and calorie conscious at pains to find an eating joint offering a well-balanced diet, this place is a major draw.

For gourmets also on the look-out for some excitement, there is the Baccarra with a state-of-the-art casino that is the hallmark of the Grand Hotel Barriere d’Enghien les-Bain. Die-hard gastronomes will not be disappointed by the traditional French fare on offer.

Or, you can go up the terrace and ensconce yourself comfortably while sipping wine or coffee chatting with your friends, letting the breeze ruffle your hair as your eyes take in the delicious view of the lake.
For a more sophisticated yet restrained ambience where you can enjoy French victuals at their refined best do try the L’Aventurine – also atop the terrace – where you can savor the fresh produce of the local market in an intimate and friendly atmosphere. For cocktails later, you can retire to the bar which remains open till midnight and then re-opens by 10 am the next morning.
So, what are you waiting for? Book now!
