i have quit smoking,how long before my skin looks better and for my blood shot eyes to look more white?
AWESOME JOB!! I dont know if the damage is reversable.. but the human body is created to regenerate and heal itself. The good news is, you can live longer now and get rid of that nasty cigarette smell! you should be proud!!
