Naturals Green
Does the green tea diet work?

I am a bit overweight but i think its mostly fluid retention, Has anyone ever tried natural green tea to loose weight?

Im exercising and cutting down on what i eat. Do you think it will work?

Any info would be great thanks!
Can you buy it from supermarkets?

my girlfriend did a kind ofgreen tea diet and lost 20 lbd in about two months. She just drank water and the green tea and sweet juices or sodas. She excerises about twice a week. She said the tea and water keep her full so she does not need food between meals.

She started this 3 moths ago and she has kept the weight off and looks better than ever before. I have since joined her.

I do not buy any specific diet products. I just use Yogi Green Tea, The one with Kombucha is really good. All you need to do is drink 4 cups of the green tea a day and 4 cups of water.

Enjoy the results!

Green Tea Extract - Does It Work?

By the time you finish reading this article, you will get a clear idea if green tea extract really does provide any benefit to your body. This is really a hot topic now and everyone seems to be recommending green tea for one reason or another. Let's find out the truth here.

Studies have found many benefits of green tea. Traditionally, it has been used for digestive disorders and stomach ailments. Modern science has now started taking notice of this wonderful natural extract that provides many more benefits to the human body.

One of the most popular uses right now for green tea extract is in weight loss. It increases the rate at which the body burns fat while exercising, resulting in a faster rate of weight loss. The best part is, it doesn't cause any side effects like weight loss pills as it is completely natural.

Green tea extract also has the ability to prevent and reduces certain types of cancer. It contains Polyphenols, which are anti bacterial and anti oxidant in nature. They help fighting cancer by countering the harmful effects of free radicals.

Other benefits of green tea include the ability to prevent diabetes, cholesterol reduction, prevention of liver disease, and improving joint mobility.

One thing to note of is, many such natural supplements work exceptionally well when taken in tandem with other supplements. For example, green tea extract when taken along with natural pine bark extract, or pycnogenol, adds on the benefits of slowing down the aging process of the body. Together they also fight against asthma, ADHD, allergies, and overall improve the immune system.

There are many such supplements available in the market. The good ones will provide the supplement with an enteric coating. This coating makes sure that the supplement does not get digested in the stomach, and releases its nutrients in the small intestine only. This makes sure that they are absorbed by the body fully and provide maximum benefit.
