Health/diet/exercise question for a TG girl.?

I'm a 28 year old transgendered girl. I'll be starting on hormones in about two months or so. I've lost a decent amount of weight in the past six months (40 pounds or so). I'm looking for suggestions diet/exercise wise. I'm in a unique situation where I want to lose fat AND muscle. Since I'm not on a testosterone blocker at the moment, I'm hesitant to do any weight training as that I don't want to increase muscle size. I also don't want to end up with knee or back problems because I'm afraid to do any exercises traditionally used to reinforce them. My diet is pretty decent, lots of vegetables, a moderate amount of lean meat, nothing fried, very limited HFCS, several small meals a day. I was hoping somebody who'd been in a similar situation or was familiar with the subject could offer some advice. Thanks.

Keep a low protein diet and stick to aerobic exercises, like cardio, to stay in shape without building muscle. To lose fat do the regular stuff. Exercise.
